I was using depo vera as a form of birth control after i gave birth, depo vera is a shot that you bring every three months to prevent pregnancy and usually stops you from having a period. so, i took depo vera for more or less 2 years and i stop and i have been past its sell-by date it for about 2 years and i got my time once around this year in march, from nearby i have not gotten my period and i go to go see a GYN and she said its different for everyone when they get at hand period and start having kids again since my husband and i are trying to enjoy a baby (inshallah). so i just looked-for to make sure if its normal that i own not gotten my period yet and will it clutch a while to have a baby.

Answers:    Normal within the sense that it is a rather usual side effect of the shot. It sucks, it takes some women's bodies forever to adjust to individual normal again without the shot surrounded by their systems. Since you have already had ONE time after stopping it, I would say you probably CAN have a newborn, whether you actually ovulate every month or not is probably difficult to tell, but only just keep trying!
