I have been on birth control for a bit over a week, and when i woke up this morning I experienced some tightness in my chest when I move a lot. Could this be a fruitless sign?

Don't forget that B.C is only just a method that tricks your body that you are pregnant.
So i think you should be fine.

Get to a doctor.

It could be a reaction to the pills. If you are have chest pains then it needs to be checked out by a professional.

It could be nil... or indegestion, a chest cold or asthma, but you are better off safe than sorry..
