What to do please assistance?? preiod anguish?

Whenever i get my periods my tummy kill me i start screaming and I'm only 15 years old my mum think this is bad for a 14 year old hurting unpromising and when she saw me crying, screaming and i was sweating she said it looks like its really hurting in recent times like giving birth.

What does she mean by that? and how to stop it from hurting?

Almost two weeks (tomorrow) since I STOPPED using the NuvaRing and.?

Hi i be excatly the same at your age with time pains, so bad i would be sick and faint beside it. I found that a nice hot water bottle helpped alot and i use to take a a pill call Feminax which you can get from the phamarcy which is just for that. Also i found that the Pill (birth control) Helped. Hot Water bottle help , all it is is the muscles contracting it kills , but it will catch better as you get older. If your really worried i suggest you see a doctor.

But Hot river bottle or a hot heated towel will help alot, also i found dancing back i was due on helped to exercice your muscles.

I, however, think it's simply horrible cramps. When I was your age (only in the region of five years ago), I had cramps that literally made me drop to my knees. I started to take a simple over the counter dull pain pill (Pamprin is my God) and it greatly reduced the problem.

Can you "predict" when your time of year will come?

You poor thing, I get equal way - I found out it was to some extent because of my lack of potassium in my diet cause cramps to be so harsh I'd be curled up in a globe on the floor.. So I keep bananas around and it helps SO MUCH including Midol Extra Strength, you'll perceive the ease within 30 minutes :] Good Luck!

For females...?

Some ladies do bring period pain alot worse than others!! Its horrible. You can win special pain killers especially for length pain including heat patch.I find ibuprofen works well. If that dosen't work then going on the contraceptive pill can habitually help. Don't worry though its entirely conventional if its really affecting you go and see your G.P!!

Dont bother about what ur mom say. Go 2 ur GP. U will get tablets of analgesic & simple muscle relaxant to relieve the pains.
In most, the pain during period subside with time as u & ur body get used 2 this fresh phenomenon.
