Answers: If you don't want cigarettes to effect your health I would recommend quitting or stop smoking. You may be addicted. If you are addicted I would try to stop smoking. You may not be addicted. The headache may hold been because your body is not used to you smoking. I would recommened not to smoke.
You can find out if you're addicted to nicotine when you stop smoking and see if you experience any of the following:
mood swings
dizziness
fatigue
constipation
trouble sleeping
headache
anxiety
irritability
tremors
difficulty concentrating
dry mouth
hunger
cravings for tobacco
The signs of addiction to cigarettes include:
Smoking more than seven cigarettes per day
Inhaling deeply and frequently
Smoking cigarettes containing nicotine level more than 0.9mg
Smoking within 30 minutes of awakening in the morning
Finding it difficult to wipe out the first cigarette in the morning
Smoking frequently during the morning
Finding it difficult to avoid smoking in smoking- restricted areas
Needing to smoke even if sick and contained by bed

OMG you should def quit. Cigarettes really kill you, and are horrible for you! what is so good give or take a few them?

they make you comfortable then your mood drops and your depressed
do not continue. i am not positive if you are addicted, but i know it is remarkably easy to get addicted. judge about how much you will regret not quitting if you get lung cancer or something!

no u just imagine that u need it. try something to break out of the habit. why start a fruitless habit? what are u stressing about that you to smoke existence isnt that bad people move about thru stress all the time. try reading or start a hobby of some sort to keep you occupide next to thingsHow plentiful XTC pills do i pinch!?
No. Your addicted when you do it everyday and when you feel like you want one in order to function. Its kinda approaching drinking..About once or twice a month I go out to a bar next to some friends and have a couple beers..but its not an addictionQuestion i entail ur lend a hand on?
ok i don't think your addicted but you really should stop. smoking is ssooooo fruitless for you and you really don't want to get cancer right? i suggest you don't pick up a ciggarette for 1 year and see how u feelLol how ripened are you to use them,if u cant ewen right drugs and cigarettes right.
I think so .. But try stop smoking. My friend try stop smoking by chewing gum everyday which keeps her mouth moving.
