Can't hold pee contained by when exercising? ?

I'm a 15 year old girl, who started do sports about a year ago. I play soccer, practice taekwondo, and similar to to run in my free time. I've become very moving in the past year, but not long I've had a problem develop. For example, at school we'll run three miles at soccer practice, and when I'm almost done running, I capture the sudden urge to use the restroom, it just comes from out of no where, and if I try to slow down *because i'm tired* i only feel the need to stir even more, so I end up peeing on myself. This happens usually after running, or sometimes merely when I'm practicing. And I try to hold my pee in, but I just can't. It adjectives just pours out basically. Should I be worried roughly this and go see a doctor?

Answers:    One thing that may serve is called Keegel exercises. These will strengthen the muscles used for urination and tighten up the tone of your urethral opening. The route you do these are by practicing stopping your urine in mid stream. This will teach you how to squeeze these muscles. Once you hold the technique down, do them several times a day. Hope this helps..
