I just this minute heard that was a myth too, but I also hear that the underwires in your bra are dangerous and can exact problems. Maybe that's a myth too, but I don't chance it. nahh thats a load of nonsence it dosen't issue whatever you do but like Amanda i find it more comfertable lacking =].
