PCOS usually doesn't give symptoms close to the ones you are describing. PCOS symptoms are related more to infrequent/irregular periods (like what you get), hirsutism, increase in counterbalance and in some cases insulin resistance. However, the last of these, i.e. insulin resistance, can produce diabetes in certain patients. Your complains of peeing profusely and fatigue for four weeks have me concerned, and this is the first thing i would check. If you can, don't dawdle for the gyne appointment, go for an FBS, i.e. a fasting blood sugar examination. For a fasting test, you would enjoy to go with a completely not taken stomach for 12 hours (you can have water). This blood test is more accurate than a erratic (without fasting) test, or a urine test. Once this exam is clear, you can discuss the symproms with your doctor.
Best of luck!.
your symptoms sound resembling they could be related to diabetes, these are most of the symptoms i was presenting with when i be diagnosed, and it is very common for women who suffer from p.c.o.s to develop insulin resistance... another piece could be ovulation, i suggest you see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.. good luck:) yes i think it might simply be the symptoms of your PCOS google the symptoms...but if i were you i would ask my OBGYN when i get to the appointment only just to be sure because you never know...
