Can u do spinning while you are on your period? ?

wht do u think

Answers:    Two little boys go into the grocery store. One is nine years mature and the other one is four years old. The nine year old grab a box of tampons from the shelf and carries it to the register for checkout. The cashier asks, "Oh, these must be for your mom, huh?"
The nine-year-old replies "Nope, not for my mom."
Without thinking, the teller responded "Well, they must be for your sister then?"
The nine year old quip, "Nope, not for my sister either."
The cashier have now become curious "Oh. Not for your mom and not for your sister? Who are they for?"
The nine year old say, "They're for my four year old little brother."
The cashier is surprised "Your four year frail little brother?"
The nine year old explains: "Well yeah, they say on TV if you wear one of these, you can swim or ride a bike and my little brother can't do any of them!"

Just take the right precautions and you should be fine. I'd use a tampon (or sponge) and a pad for stern up and sweat control..
You can do whatever you want on your periods.

Having your interval does not stop you from doing anything you would do while not on your period, your period isn't an infection or a disability, and it won’t harm you to do what you would do normally. For some actions you may want to take precautions, for spinning I suppose you might want to use a tampon or sponge as menstrual protection rather than a wad which may be uncomfortable while spinning, or better still menstrual cups or softcups to avoid leaking and so you don’t obtain menstrual cramps as much. Whatever you use or however you manage your periods they should never stop you from doing anything you want to do..
Ditto what the others have said, that as long as you are using protection, you can do it.

However, with the lower iron contained by your blood due to the blood loss, you may get more fatigued faster.

Give it a spin (pun intended) and see how it goes..
Yes, certainly, and the exercise may even help with any cramps you're getting. As long as you use an permeable enough pad, or a tampon beside a panty liner, you should be fine. Don't worry! As long as you are comfortable and your stomach is not too sore then yes.

Also - use a tampon if you are comfortable doing that. I cant imagine it would be comfortable using a towel..
wot the hell is spinning?? Yes.
