No. This is not possible. Sperm can only live for a little. I'm not sure how long, but it's not more than a few days. There is no way that this is possible. The only entity that could possibly happen is if a girl had sex a week or two formerly her first period started without knowing that her length would start. Then her body could be fully mature and might release an egg that could be impregnated until that time she realized she was fully matured. Does this create sense? Anyway, it would be really unlikely, and it's not health for kids to have sex that young-looking, so if that happened, they should seek give a hand either way!

A sperm individual lives a few hours if it is not impregnated in an egg. If you are pregnant it happen after you started your period. But even more important who did that to you and...and he should be reported. No child should ever enjoy to endure such a thing.
