im 16 and like every once in a while similar to there are like little poppings surrounded by my ear, like i can hear 5 pops in a row every few minutes.

it could be tinnitus. People's perception of it varies from personage to person, but it's usually considered a ringing of the ears. I could be totally wrong. Do you have allergies? Listen to loud music habitually? Build up of wax in your ear? Check webmd or wikipedia it and you'll see what i mean
popping might be entirely different, and is usually associated beside changes in internal vs. external pressure.
I would dance to your doc and ask. If you have an ENT doc (ears, nose, throat) that you know individually, ask em!
