Just plane out meals for each afternoon or set a alarm to go off when youre supposed to guzzle and once it rings go eat aand lately eat healthy food resembling for breackfest eat a apple and for lunch eat a salade and for diner get through some tacos because they have meat vegitablas and other things
and for the broken scale you can jump to a gym or youre friends house and wiegh youreself;D
and just have for a time note book and each year wiegh youreself and at the end of the week if you lost atleast 10 pounds then move about to mcdonalds that should boost you up a couple pounds lol no seriousley that would work;D
just try not to worry around it untill it becomes seriouse and youre not becomeing anerexic hun so dont worry;D
