Sure! Having your period really can't restrict you from doing anything. Just wear a tampon. If you haven't used one before or are startled to try read the instructions in the box. And be sure to get the sympathetic with applicators, they are easier to use. Once you get used to them you'll find that tampons are a together lot easier and more comfortable then pads. as you would expect take a shower! just try not to attain blood in the towel (i accidentally did once and my mom was SO mad). when your surrounded by the pool though, you HAVE to have a tampon on. pads don't work and chemicals within the pool make blood show, so everyone can tell..
you MUST nick a shower but id stear clear of the beach or pool, you can wear a tampon but you own to make sure to keep varying it like every 2 hours . Yes it is especially important to shower when you hold your period as for swimming you should only swim if you are using a tampon..
Sure you can shower at home because you can verbs it up but if you go to a public place no not unless you use a tampon. That would be the only road I would go.
