Bye Bye Birth Control? Weight Loss?
Anyways, after 7 years of being on the pill, I've granted to go off of it.
I'm wondering from anyone else's experience out nearby, that if going off the pill results in easier cargo loss (with correct diet and exercise of course), compared to staying on the pill and correcting diet and exercise??
Thanks a bunch!!
Answers: I've known several people who stopped taking Ortho Tri-cyclen and switched to another (lower dose) of birth control, and they lost adjectives (and more) of the weight they had gain from being on Ortho. Generally speaking, pills that use ethinyl estradiol as the hormones can cause the most solidity gain.
It does have a lot to do near your lifestyle, but I found it hard to keep consignment off when I was on Levora. I basically stopped taking it a few weeks ago, and I've already noticed a difference in my hunger and metabolism.
If you obligation to continue using birth control, ask your doctor for a lower dose pill and one without a reputation for making you gain shipment!
Is it discouraging to hold your bladder for prolonged amounts of time?
Well, I dont know who you are talking to, but it is no secret that birth control pills (non low dose) increase cargo. The reason is simple... Increased Estrogen (Estradiol) levels... Meaning, if you ever request for information if estrogen will make you eat more, simply look at a pregnant woman... The increased Estrogen levels sends their appetites thru the roof... It also enhanced glucose utilization too, by the way, which simply mode that your body is more efficient at processing that food.As far as loosing weight once you win off of it.. Allot of that depends on your age. From what you put, I would guess you are in your mid-20's, so I suspect the substance loss will not be that noticeable in your travel case...
Finally, diet and exercise is realistically going to be your only real solution to sustained substance loose... Whether you are on or off the pill probably will have little effect at this point...
Good Luck and I Hope this help...
