well my period is due around fridayish (just base o the past few months, because i only started a year ago)
today i get a little brown discharge (yes, TMI) im almost POSITIVE its not an infection because there are no other symptoms
so...any accepted wisdom? i usually only have a 25 time cycle day as it is, so this would only be morning 22 or so...
i also have another question, i know some populace get brown discharge a day or 2 in the past. when you count how many days your period last (or when it starts) do you count that, or do you count when it "actually starts"?

This is completely normal (even if it seem a little gross). It is just your uterine pool liner beginning to shed in finance of your period. Most doctors consider your period to start off on the first day you actually bleed, but the discharge is sort of close to the warm-up act.
