Breast.. right big, vanished small?

I can understand your reluctance to try meds. You should at least try speech therapy for awhile to see if that helps. If not, you may want to consider trying meds. If you don't close to the side effects you don't have to keep taking them. There are lots of different meds for depression. If you are truly clinically depressed, it isn't credible that you can easily "think" your way out of it. Trust me, you can basically end up feeling even worse if you aren't opinion better in awhile. You can try to improve your diet, exercise more, procure more sleep, etc. But there is no guarantee that will "fix" everything. It can help some though.

When a soul is clinically depressed, they have an imbalance contained by their body chemistry. The meds can help get things on the brink again. You aren't weak by reaching out for help... certainly it takes someone with some strength to spot that something isn't right and ask for help.

Good luck.

Spotting while on birth control?

i was diagnosed near depression almost three years ago i was young. i be put on many tablets and every time i went rear legs they doubled the dose. i don't think pills should be you first port of call contained by the end they did not help me to any great amount you can almost not live with out them in the expiration as they can become addictive. They hide the issues that have cause you to become depressed not overcome then. i would she a therapist first to support find out why your depressed and help you over come depression and then if you necessitate it take medication.it may not have as hasty as an effect as pills but it will help you over come depression not just hide it. Also i found just getting away on your own helps to find out who you are again. Depression is firm there are no easy fixes of late be careful. I'm not saying tablets don't assistance to a degree but they don't get rid of the problem.

Learn to love yourself and maybe enroll into some anger management classes. You can assault it on your own. My cousing takes those same pills, they have made her insecure, own mood swings and gain lots of weight . You can beatthis on your own, with somewhat help and a great support system and lot of prayer. Good luck, everything will be ok.
