ok so for about a week now ive be on blood thinners.. i have some clots in my moved out arm.. so my doctor put me on plavix.. and im also on ortho-tri-cyclen lo birth control.. and today i got my period.. i usaly go and get it in the afternoon but when i woke up blood was everywhere.. not its my middle-of-the-road period but im still scared i might bleed to much.. im suppose to start a untried pack of pills in 4 days.. but if i start them today.. will it stop my period and if it does will i be ok?? or is that not clean??

Answers:    i would call your doctor they have answering services on the weekends your doctor will appointment you back and tell him whats going on and he will convey you if you have something to worry almost or not!!.

well ur gonna bleed alot more because of the pills ur on but im on bithcontrol but a different type and it wont stop ur period it will variety it alot lighter
