Is this middle-of-the-road beside the Depo-Provera Shot?
Answers: Yes, it's without blemish normal. When I used depo I would only take a period about every 15 months or so. .
Ok... I'm kinda confused beside what you mean by 6 months...
Do you mean after 6 shots? Because you can't get hold of 6 shots within 6 months unless you're on the other kind of birth control that's given every month.
But I surmise I know what you mean.
I had one and the same thing happen to me... I be on depo for 2 years and then my last shot (in June actually) I started spotting and what not. I go on the pill last week to stop bleeding because I bled for a week and needed it to stop... Once I took the pill, the bleeding stopped within the first hours of daylight of the pill so I knew it had something to do beside the shot.
Unless it's heavy or lasts for too long, I don't see a motivation why you should worry about it. It's a side effect of the shot but my doctor said it happen within in the first year. .
"Normal" for depo could be anywhere from not have your period at all, spotting, have a regular period, or bleeding for MONTHS at a time.
