I'm a petite female and I've heard that individuals next to small bones are more likely to develop osteoporosis than others. I just found out that my mom (58 yrs old) have osteoporosis and she's petite as well. Also, in times past couple years I've noticed more and more of my joints are starting to crack.should I verbs? Maybe take some daily vitamin tablets?
