i am 5 foot 3 and i started at 108 lbs then dropped down to 86, right now im more or less 94 pounds. the reason i started to diet was bc my thighs are HUDGE. they still are, does anyone hold advice of how to suck it up and get to my objective weight (106) bc im freaked at getting fat again

Answers:    i am recovering from anorexia and i am like as you i started dieting because of my damn thighs! lol
i think as long as you like your jeans size afterwards its ok. because that is what i told myself, as long as i still fir into this one pair of jeans that i love, after i will continue to gain weight until i achieve my target goal.
also 106 lbs for 5'3" is not fat! i hope you recuperate!.
Hey sweetie..

Anorexia kills people. I'm sure you've hear it before, but it's true. Losing drastic amounts of weight and later gaining it back take a toll on a persons body too. It will distort your figure and end in cellulite. Talk to a personal trainer. They can give you specific exercises to target your trouble spots. I was conversation to a girl about this last darkness at my church and she use to be anorexic (a long time ago) she now weighs nearly 255lbs...she can't lose weight. Anorixia caused other vigour problems that actually led to her acquirement weight and now she can't lose it no concern what she does. Talk to a docor or a personal trainer. And pray everytime you feel like you shouldnt chomp through. Your body is the temple of God.you shouldn't do anything to harm it, and by starving yourself to be precise harming it.

GOD bless
