Heavy time and spotting?

I've always own a fairly large period, not long I've been have pains and spotting in between. The spotting does not surface like my spell and comes directly after aching pains on any side on my uterus and sharp shooting pains up my vag. I've been have my period regularly since I be 11, and am now 16. The problems lately started about 2 months ago. I haven't be active as usual during those months, and newly started swimming again. Now I'm having a deeply heavy extent and big clumps; I bled through a tampon in an hour. What do you surmise it is? Endometriosis? and is it correct that endometriosis is caused by a hormonal inconsistency, having too much estrogen?

Answers:    Have your doctor diagnose the problem for you. That would be the best piece to do.
