If it's really hard for you, you should lately try the Depo-Provera shot. It's the same as the pill, except you win a shot every 6 months and no pills are ever needed! Plus, you won't even get your time ever so you don't have to verbs about that crap any. It's as effective as the pill taken as prescribed. My friend also said that although the pill give her mood swings, the shot didn't at all.
If you don't want to seize the shot, what I did was merely set a timer on my cell phone and set it to ring every single day that same time. I chose a time I'd unequivocally be awake and able to clutch the pill and set it on vibrate within case if I be going to be in class or surrounded by a meeting, etc. As long as you don't skip an entire time you're okay.
If you don't take it at equal time you could get pregnant. Try putting your pill bag right next to your toothbrush or the toothpaste. Then when you go and get up you are reminded to take it.
