Sounds approaching you may have hemorrhoids. Many time they will merely go away short any treatment. Try using corticosteroid cream and/or xylocaine ointment. Both are available minus a prescription. Wouldn't hurt to throw in some antibiotic balm to the mix. It does sound as though you enjoy haemorrhoids.
Ensure you drink enough fluid. Make sure you own enough bran in your diet. Up the wholegrains, fruit and veg.
Try drinking prune liquid -it will help.
