I am 49 and hold not have a menstrual time within days gone by 2 months. Lately I own gain 7# ..Any suggestion?
Answers: You have to start resistance training. Your metabolism begin to slow down and muscle mass begins to drop off. This actually begin to happen at age 35. Simply have muscle mass on your body will increase your metabolism, and you will burn more calories thoughout the day, not only when you exercise. If you dont already belong to a gym, try some DVD's or I recommend the books by Jorge Cruise...they are simple to follow and own great pictures. You will have to invest within some dummbells, a stability ball and some resistabands. Good luck

it could be menopause. the change in hormones so also might have cause you to gain weight instead of losing it. Yep, menopause, and cargo gain will happen beside the same calories/activities. I could never lose solidity permanently on WW or any other diet plan. Because I'm a binge eater I needed Overeaters Anonymous. http://oa.org Sounds similar to you do not have that problem, but you might want to try the food plan most of us use, which is no sugar, phoney sugar, or white flour. I think if you simply destroy these non-foods you'll be surprised what happens. At 60 I'm all right past menopause, do some walking, dance, snow shoveling, etc, and have lost >50 lbs since April and still dropping. Plenty of vivacity and no more mood swings. Combine this with resistance training and if nil else you will FEEL so much better!
