How do ovarian cysts form?
Answers: Cysts just sort of...transpire. In the ovary, the pocket of fluid that swells and gathers around an egg right since you ovulate is one kind of cyst, but that's one that's supposed to be there-- ovulation is vitally that cyst bursting.
Sometimes it doesn't, though, but nothing you transpire to do or not do has anything to do beside that. I once had a HUGE cyst on my ovary, and the doctor swore to me that I hadn't done anything to grounds it. I also get profoundly of cysts in my breasts. They merely...happen.
I have one when the egg wasn't released properly from my fallopian tube. It was stuck and cause a ovarian cyst. I doubt sit ups and crunches would cause that or any cyst to develop. no. don't believe everything you hear.
