Could I be anaemic?
I have robust periods every month, and during this time I struggle beside tiredness. I always bring back enough sleep, on the other hand by the end of the time, I struggle to keep my eyes overt.
My circulation doesn't seem the best and catch uncomfortable anyone in like peas in a pod position - even for a short while resulting in pins & needles within my arms or legs - depending on how I am sitting. I am generally relatively restless as a result of this.
For example I was sitting on my bed beside my feet flat on the floor - legs weren't crossed or anything, but I started getting pins & needles and have to raise my legs to falsehood on the bed.
I realise it may just be my extent that makes me grain this way, but my mum is anaemic, so I wondered if these be symptoms of anaemia, or just largely the effects of a heavy time.
Answers: That sounds like anaemia. I seize all those symptoms and I know for a reality that my diet doesn't contain nearly enough iron. I've be forgetting to take my vitamins so the symptoms own returned of late. Try a tub of vitamins that contain 14mg of iron (that's the recomended day by day allowance) and the symptoms will probably ease after taking 1 a morning for a few weeks. Hope this helps:-)
I'd progress to the doctor for an anaemia test. The symptoms of anaemia are fatigue, tenderness, dizzy spells and feeling wobbly.
As the anaemia becomes more severe, shortness of breath, palpitations, headache, sore mouth and gums, and brittle nails may impose problems. People may look pale and find that others around them awareness they're looking peaky.
I'm not sure about the pins and syringe but its worth asking a doctor. The tripping sensation however is normal: its call a myoclonic jerk - when you're brain is falling asleep it sometimes sends impulse down to your legs to wake them up - it get confused and thinks the nerves are dying. It happen to a lot of populace - its not a symptom of anything so don't worry roughly speaking that part.

My doctor have been doing differ ant test, and now after a blood question paper, Yes I'm Anaemic, and on Iron tablets. I would get to the docs and ask for a blood experiment, that should tell you if you enjoy or not.
