You can start whenever you'd like to. There are no rules for what age you own to be, etc. You just own to remember to change it more normally and don't forget to take it out toward the back of your cycle! You might want to try it out by using the "light flow" tampons (the purple ones if you buy the Tampax brand) first because they're thinner and easier to achieve used to than the larger ones. Well where it whenever you have a feeling comfortable, when you are on your period it is YOUR time. . .You should be as sunny as can be cuz we all know how ANNOYING they are. And only just ask your mom or a trusted adult to return with you some. . .GOOD LUCK
