Pretty sure Poise is a incontinence pad, so you wouldn't use that for your length. Anyway...I personally use Always because it only feels cleaner to me. but, it's a personal choice, so try some out and see what you resembling best. I don't use pads... I find them ever so uncomfortable. I prefer using tampons, but I use Always.
