Im not close to my mom where on earth i can tell her.its my first.
I know how to use the stuff and everything but still.
I perceive embaressed i know my friends had theres and near fine but i'm not.
I have some question...
1. Will the cramps hurt worse later?
2. How long does a time last.?

Answers: 1. The cramps usually reduce up after the first day. If they're bugging you, try Midol or some other palliative.
2. Usually about 5-7 days. Everyone's different, and don't be surprised if you fluctuate since you of late started
Try talking to your mom. She's be there. Even though it's shameful, she could have some great warning.

1.) Depends on you. I dont get cramps really. I did when i first started have my time, but i dont get them anymore.
2.) 4- 7 days. Mine usually ultimate 4-5 days. all depending on you.

use some form of heat and place it on your lower stomach. that will relieve the cramps somewhat.
