How often should someone achieve a check-up? I'm asking because it's been around 6 years for me, I don't get sick that habitually. Should I get a check-up annually?

Answers:    I go the doctor last month. I suggest an internal doctor once a year. A gynecologist once a year and if you do not wear sunscreen, budge to a skin doctor every couple years. I caught skin issue from a sunburn before it become cancerous. I always wear SPF 15 and above presently.
I did not go to my internal doctor for a couple years and next to high blood pressure surrounded by my family that could hold been dicey.
With my insurance each call on is only $15.
Better out of danger then sorry.

An annual check up near your primary physician and your gynecologist is definitely over due. You haven't said how aged you are but what about mammograms and pap smears. Make an appt please. hmm resourcefully Id say you should seize a checkup every year or so.
