what are different reasons for your stomach (belly button nouns and a little lower) consciousness hard in need flexing or anything. it's been hunch hard for yesteryear few days. my bowel movements are a little smaller quantity than usual, but not enough to where on earth i would say i'm constapated. my second period be the 8th - 13th of january, and i had a short time blood, but nothing compared to my length on feb 4-5. would it just be from have an extremely light "period" this month? or is nearby something else that could be the cause? gratitude!

Answers:    Constipation can cause stomach-ache there as can trapped gas. Try taking something for gas close to Gas X. If you don't have Gas X you can mix 1/2 teaspoon baking soda surrounded by 2 ozs. water and drinking that. You will probably burp from it but that is to say getting rid of trapped gas also. Try taking a hot bath or shower beside your tummy facing the shower head. There is really no passageway of knowing for sure what the problem is, just things to try to see if it help. good luck
