Is it POSSIBLE to walk from 185 pounds 42" waist, 14" arms, down to between 115-135 next to a flat tummy n toned?

...lose at LEAST 50 pounds and be 135
with a flat stomach, or "ordinary size waist" with more everyday or average measurements.
(obviously with lean muscle weigh more than fat, the leading focus would be measurements as oppossed to weight, but roughly what I stated above) :
SOMEWHERE between 115 and 135 pounds with a nice looking toned shape.
First of adjectives, is it SERIOUSLY possible?
How many of us hold REALLY seen someone lose this much counterweight, and transform in front of us over time?
WHAT SHOULD SHE DO?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
6months? 2 years?
Can you even lose 50 pounds within 6 months?
I know, I know, I mean, diet and exercise, but HOW? Eat what? Eat it when? What types of exercise? How repeatedly? How much? When?
Has anyone been there/done that?
You know, when you grain unattractive and overweight, human being your ideal size is unimaginable.and it seem so hopeless...
Answers: It is possible to lose that much weight for your rise. You should aim for about 2 pounds per week. So yes, it is possible surrounded by 6 months.
Depending on how much skin stretching, the flabby areas might have loose skin instead of without blemish flat, but it doesn't sound resembling that will be too much of a problem since it is only 50 lbs. That is usually a problem beside 100 lbs or more.
I had a angelic friend that did it and looks fabulous. She had to work out abundantly and it is a lifetime change, you can't be in motion back to your matured habits. You own to eat smaller portions and in good health and of course exercise. It is tough, but don't impart up. There might even be set backs, but simply get put a bet on to it and eventually you will meet your goal. It is easier if you have a support group close to weight watchers where on earth everyone helps respectively other and uplifts each other.
