Is it fighting fit?

for a girl in her precipitate teens who is around 5'7 or 5'8 to be 140 pounds? my mom says i look approaching 110 or something, so i just looked-for to know, because 140 is what the scale say. answers?

Answers:    The rule of thumb for women is 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, and after 5 pounds for each inch after that. So at 5'7 or 5'8 and 140 pounds i.e. a VERY healthy counterbalance.
Sounds pretty healthy to me.

Just generate sure you eat ok and exercise, drink plenty of dampen.
im pretty sure its fine. i think youre surrounded by the normal mass range for 140 pounds. you might hold lean muscle also. youre lucky that you have a common weight but you look approaching 110 pounds :) Yeah that's pretty average. I'm 136lbs and 5ft5.
I'm kind of domineering that you're in your precipitate teens and 5ft 7 or 8. I'm in my rash 20's and 3 feet shorter.
You probably look resembling your 110lbs because of your height. A long subsidise and long legs make you look thinner.
110 is what you look and 140 you are? kinda a complimenet. if its a concern ask what a ordinary weight catalogue is for you. sounds pretty healthy to me though. for 5'7 140 pounds is great. i'm 5'3 and 119 pounds.
