Smoking 1-2 cigarettes a afternoon - is it really that discouraging?
I find it really hard to administer up my after dinner smoke in the evening...just that one really give me a lot of pleasure. It's easier to not smoke at all during the time if I know that I have a little indulgence at dark.
My question is - I know that the amount that I was smoking be REALLY harmful to my health. But very soon that I essentially only smoke 1-2 a day, I have a feeling a lot better physically.
Is smoking one or two a day really THAT bleak for you?
Answers: Any amount of cigarettes are bad for you, but kudos in adjectives down. I, too, know how hard it is to quit (and any A**HOLE that tells you that you are stupid or an idiot because you smoke will burn within H*LL cause I'm sure they have their own repulsive addictions to things that are just as desperate and they're just living in cup houses and throwing stones. They don't know how hard it is to quit. It is easier to quit drinking and using drugs then it is cigarettes. A pox on 'em...sorry, I only just had to vent that out).
There are online support groups and support hotlines that you can call to sustain you quit. My mom quit after 40 years from hypnosis - I was so proud of her, unfortunately it did not work for me...:( I enjoy been using the support groups and have cut down to going on for 5 a day from a pack a day, but in attendance is no quick fix. You NEED support cause it's FAR too sturdy to quit cold turkey and on your own.

Yes it really is.
All strength risks aside you actually get more oxygen when you don't smoke, because you don't inhale any gas that compete with oxygen for uptake in the blood.
You will grain like crap for a while, due to withdrawal, but if you can do solitary 1-2 a day, then nicotine patches/gum will probably hold you over only dandy
You will have more energy and have a feeling more refreshed when you stop due to little else besides increased oxygen..
IMHO if you are smoking one or two, and only one or two, it's no worse than seriously of other stuff we breathe in. My hangup is that I don't smoke just one. I smoke a pack. And THAT is fruitless. One or two... enjoy. It's a calculated risk.
But only one or two. If you find yourself rear up to that pack... well... then you're similar to me and you'll just have to quit altogether. :D.

The PROBLEM is that it is so addicting. 1-2 become 3-4. until you are back up to smoking a pack a day. It's fundamentally difficult to quit. You are only prolonging your agony.
But, no. Smoking 2 cigarettes a day won't execute you..
thats really good your only smoking 1-2 cigarettes a time, I wish I could do that. I've been smoking for 32 years and trust me if you can quit DO IT NOW, it is really desperate for your health, I have alot of condition problems cause of cigarettes. Please quit if you can! Not unless you're at heart attack age. However, in your casing, you did smoke more heavily, so that 1 or 2 is being added to your lifetime total. Maybe you just crave something in your mouth, similar to a cigarette. I heard that you can buy plastic cigarettes and cigars which can help you to stop smoking. And yes, one or two a sunshine is still bad for your health. Smoking altogether isn't devout! It puts tar and nail varnish remover surrounded by your lungs and clogs your arteries, turns your teeth brown and finger nails yellow and you'll STINK of smoke. You'll die early than you're supposed to..
Smoking is bad for you even if you only hold one drag of a cigarette a day. Each cigarette will take 5 minutes of your existence. If i were you i would try and completely cut them out you will feel i lot better for it! It's still hugely bad for you, and you need to follow that no matter how hard it may be you hold to quit. Everytime you smoke you shorten your life by a day. Do you really want that???.
Yup, it is not merely affects your health but also others.Anyway, you're doing well to singular smoke 1-2 a day now. Maybe you can do better than that. adjectives smoking is bad for u. Try to go to 1-none a year. and chew some of tht gum for quiting. U RELLY NEED TO QUIT NOW, B4 THEY CUT OUT UR TONGUE(CANCER),!.
