Ladies... why is this?
i suffered with pms for 10 days and i get my period yesterday and i feel relaxed when it came on and presently i'm moody again. what's really going on? i don't want to take the pill because my partner and i would close to to start a family inside the next yr or so, so it would be nice to remain resembling i am but this pms etc is driving me mad. i steal prozac 20mg daily and i also exercise for 1 hr day by day (but when i have pms it's difficult to exercise because i simply have no heartiness so that's gone out the window for a week) and i guzzle continuously, cry, and gain weight. i lug a good woman's mulivitamin but what else can i do? i don't munch through a lot of fruit but i might start juicing as i don't approaching eating fruit. any thinking? i am nearly 30 and healthy, not overweight.
Answers: The menstrual cycle is a complex corresponding act involving multiple hormones. Lucky for us chicas, those hormones can be thrown sour by loads of different things: medications, diet, emotion, stress, etc. etc. etc.
I would suggest a naturopathic doctor (ND). Medical doctors (MD) usually do not focus in so much upon that unconscious balance and state of vigour of the human body. Their hormone tests are not as precise, and their treatments nearly other involve treating the SYMPTOM instead of finding and fixing the ROOT of the problem.
A naturopathic physician will spend considerable time with you evaluating every aspect of your strength and will advise as indispensable. I have see remarkable changes come nearly as the result of these kinds of treatments and would without a doubt suggest you give it a try.
For more information and to find an ND contained by your area: http://www.naturopathic.org/
i am sorry but i don't know. can you please relieve me i need to know immediately if i can stop my lumpy period. please give support to me Evening Primrose tablets help pms symptoms.
adjectives sounds good but does the prozac do you any suitable? it sounds like its surplus to requirements and is doing you more harm than right and wot would you do when you get pregant!? still pilfer it or will you stop before afterwards? could be god to try and get past its sell-by date it now, but thats purely me thinking out loud, well-mannered luck sweetxxxx Hi you poor thing its not nice is it. Ive be on prozac for the last 2 years and suffered unpardonable pmt but recently my doc have changed my anti - depressant and I dont get pmt any more. I also find that when my length is due just walking help rather than full blown gym exercise.
I deduce the eating and crying is probably to do with the prozac fairly than the pmt.
Go talk to your doc honey and see what they can do to support.
good luck next to starting a family. xx
PLEASE see your doctor in the past stopping any maintenance medication such as Prozac. That said, lots women have severe PMS, but nearby are meds, hormone therapies, and automatic remedies to treat it. So, it sounds like a devout time for a trip to the doctor. Just make sure you mention you want to start a home soon, so he/she can make sure everything is okay surrounded by there and that you are in shape enough to hold children at the moment. Also, since you want to try for kids soon, make sure you discuss any treatments next to a qualified OB/GYN.
