You should go to Paris..I hear that's a wonderful place to walk..I've personally never be there but hey..You should basically take a cruise and see the total world..But if your looking for one place that's where i'd stir..And i'm so sorry to hear about your grim disease..Just live life and be joyful...:) good luck and god bless.. im extremely proad of you for being strong number one on you register should be making sure the ones you care something like know that you love them
next do adjectives the things you've always looked-for to do and dont worry around the cost your family can minister to you out such as hawii or paris
then do somthing special for you and your friends close to going to the spa for a coule days

I would do something you own avoided. To conquer your fears. So when you look back on your enthusiasm you'll feel proud of what you own done. Also spend time with friends and family circle. Don't forget to say the things yo enjoy always required to say. Don't permit anything that you know you could have done for someone be departed undone. More than anything, enjoy fun.
