The pill - to peroxide my period and grow less cramps?

Hey im 22 and thinking of going to my doctor to ask him for the pill. The reason is, is that my time of year brings me bad pains/cramps, sore legs, sore lead, nausea and head fluffiness. My flow is normal to unhealthy. Im not looking to stop my period completely as I want to remain contained by a normal cycle if you will, so that surrounded by future I will own no problems conceiving.

Just wondering if anyone has have a similiar story and what ur advice would be?

I if truth be told came on yesterday, be up all hours of darkness wriggling around the bed, dosed up on tablets, loss of appetite(which is not me) and by good god I have actually booked today of work because im contained by agony. Kinda crap when u have to use ur annual bestow just so that u can be implicit a toilet for ur cramps/diarhea etc.

Answers:    the pill helps near this my sister gets really bleak period pains and her doc told her to walk on the pill, you just help yourself to it the first day of your time of year and it should help sort out your period's and the strain you get righteous luck
the pill helped me out but it does not acquire rid of all the sypmtoms its simply lessens them and make them more manageable. and if your going on holiday you can use your pills to miss a term. do i don't recommend that you do that often though. you may hold to try a couple of different types before you find the right one for you. I'd say-so go for it. I go on the Pill last march past because i was getting stomach cramps that be that bad i couldn't carry out of bed some mornings. It has reduced my stomach cramps to almost nil. I sometimes get the eccentric pain but they are 100 times better than they used to be. You might still draw from the loss of appetite 'cos i still do but i'd ahve that any day than be contained by agony.

Good luck! x-x-x
Sorry to hear you are going through that.
I can only speak just about the pill helping with lightening the flow, as I enjoy been lucky near not having length pain, myself. I can recount you that it definitely does peroxide the flow, hugely. My periods are annoyingly solid when I'm not on the pill, and when I'm on it, they are quite lighting.
I believe it does help greatly of people next to reducing pain as economically. Hope it helps you, as it's really a shame to hold to use your annual leave for that purpose.
Good luck.
Hi, I have exactly the same entity!! I was more or less 14 when they started getting really bad and my mum took me the docs and asked him to put me on the pill cos I be missing a few days of school respectively month coming up to exams. I have be on it for almost 12 yrs now. I know when I'm due on and the agony is less severe although I still clutch pain killer for it each month I can cope. The things we women enjoy to go through eh? Hello :) I used to suffer really defectively with period lasting for 7 days beside a really heavy flow and really awful hindmost ache and stomach cramps. My doctor put me on Dianette and it worked wonders. You bring a sachet of pills for 28 days then you hold a 7 day break, within that break you have your interval. So taking this pill regulates your period to once a month, lightens the flow and really help with misery - i stopped having any throbbing apart from the odd month here and nearby :)
However, there are abundant different types of pill so be sure to tell your doctor everything so he/she can prescribe the right pill for you! xx
