i close to to take Aleve the moment i touch any cramps. The trick is taking it before the cramps carry really bad. If you give somebody a lift it when your cramps are already bad, it feel like it take longer to work. you should put a warm wad on your cramps (like the ones you get for lunchboxes) but you can put contained by microwave.
