Extra appetite during that time of the month?


Why I do I feel 10x hungrier when its that time of the month?
I discern that I just hold to keep on munching on somthing even after meal.

since it only happen during or before I find my period. does that show the extra weight I win from the extra craving can/will come off effortlessly as soon as my period ends?

*how can I conflict off the cravings and/or whats the best method to get rid of the extra pounds after the cycle?


-people detail me its hormones..blah blah..but never really get a right explanation.

Answers:    Giiirrrllll...I've been craving a hamburger for former times 3 days...and I know it's hormone related! I have no model why it happens...but trust me, you are not alone! What I hold noticed is that after my spell I haven't gained any substance...who knows...
capably idk i kno its wen u get ur extent its cravings its a fact of duration but i think its because ur body senses ur losing adjectives that blood and the body wants to resupply ur body next to nutrients lost during menstruation.

eat profoundly of PROTEINN that is the best entry for you meat cheese beans etc. theres no cure for the munchies, so try snacking healthy resembling carrots celeryy i LOVE fruit, starfruit, watermelon, apples, they overrun u up fast and are a LOTT improved than chips and ** like tht.

punch-up the cravings by CONSTANTLY drinking water.

achieve rid of the extra pounds by running situps working out etc.

it sucks, i know, but whatever we gotta live next to it.
It IS the fluctuation in hormones! Sorry.
Try getting plenty of rest, drink lots of river, and make sure the rest of the food you drink is healthy.
Get some regular exercise but don't overdo it freshly to work off the extra food or you may stress your body more. Maybe yoga during "that time of the month" to relax a bit more.
Take a complete multivitamin or at lowest a B-complex vitamin to help box body stress.
