I have ovarian cysts and my sonogram report states that the cyst is 4 cm surrounded by size and is linear hyperechogenecity or probably linear calcification. What does this mean and is it related to Ovarian Cancer. I can't achieve in touch beside my doc.

Answers:    Linear usually means straight; one dimensional; pertaining to length; involving or resembling lines; dictatorial and elongated; so that refers probably to the cyst, I could not find much about what hyperechogenecity way here are the sites I found
