Answers:    Stick near the basics-exercise and reduce ur calorie intake. Don't stop ingestion, as ur metabolism will slow down & u will gain back any counterbalance u lose, & then some. Start simple-go for walk, eat more fruits, veggies, bring back some 5 or 10 lb. weights & do weight training for 15-30 min every other year. DO NOT USE CRAP LIKE DIET PILLS! I took them b4 & they caused my hart to speed up so much i thought i be having a heartattack. They r dicey & shouldn't even be on the market. Eat smaller improved portions & eat more regularly. If u don't strees out over it, & u stick with a upright balanced diet & exercise 3-4 times a week u WILL see amazing results after 6-8 weeks. I did it & I never exercised a time in my vivacity! There is no such thing as a 'quick fix'. U may lose cargo by starving urself, but u won't close to the results. Building muscle helps u burn calories alot faster than lately dieting, & also corrects posture, improves skin, give u a nice firm toned body.
