Answers: What kind of pad are you using now? I would recommend the glutinous Kotex Overnight pads. I use them at hours of darkness and they work very all right for a heavy flow. Plus, one shutting is wider than the other so you can place it where you inevitability extra coverage.
I recommend a super plus absorbency tampon and a pantyliner in establish to avoid any accidents. Pads flood up too fast and are terrifically thick and discomfited, but if you prefer them just look for gluey ones with wing and extra absorbency. Always own always worked for me. Just cause sure you change them frequently (2-5 hours) so you don't seep.
Tampons are so much better, if you would like to try them. With a solid period, you should wear a tampon and pantyliner to prevent leak.
I love Always brand. I'm a HUGE fan, as I enjoy really heavy period too. But what I tend to do is use a super tampon (Tampax) and then a conventional days pad underneath for leak. (I told you they were unwieldy...) The pill will help blanch your period, forget pad, though if you'd rather not clutch birth control try super tampax..Better than 'pads', also you won't have that verbs of smelling.
