Answers:    In my experience I always started taking them on the Sunday after my extent ended...I chew over you can start them any day of the week though...near should be a pamphlet in the box that tell you when to start them.

You'll be fine. Some people choose to skip the "stale week" all together. I recommend only staying on the cycle that you started on. You started on a Tuesday, so after three weeks stop for a week, and then start again the following Tuesday.
