Answers:    im 14 and that happen to me too. Its normal, alot of girls gain it; its normal. i dont attain cramps on my tummy though i get them on my lower subsidise. It can kinda help you out if you cant other tell when you are going to start your spell. i always know by when my cramps start. But they are lately normal cramps, nought to fret about.
