my first period was in the region of a month ago and lately i've been getting a lot of discharge. i know what this resources and it looks perfectly normal. its of late every time i let loose more than usual (like a glob of it or something) i feel it "down there" but i have a sneaking suspicion that it's pee. so i rush to the bathroom to look but it's not. i've had like 10 false alarms since this morning and citizens are looking at me really weird! and sometimes i know it's discharge but it distracts me so i stop in midsentence. this is getting really emberassing! any backing will be appreciated!

Answers:    It doesn't sound abnormal. I would newly wear pantyliners and learn to get used to it. Try not to verbs about it so much :).

This is totally normal this type of discharge can be cause by two things:
1. Turned on discharge ( as i call it)
This happens when your turned on it sometimes feel like you have peed as your so 'wet'. This is totally typical.
2. Ovulation Discharge
When you ovulate your discharge is increased.
But from what your explaining i recon this is because you are turned on by something and you become 'wet'.
I think it would really help if you talk to your mom or your trusted female relative about this juvenile life can be tough and they will be able to put your mind at rest on this issue i promise its zilch to be embarresed about it is totally normal.

there are pantie liners uu can buy here like pads but smaller and in that for discharge there small not big like pad an can be hdden in ur pockets so u dont have to win up all the time u get distacted because ur afrsid that it might show on ur pant but while whereing the pantie liners u dont have to worrie and u can find them anywhere u buy pad and tampons The only thing I can suggest is to wear a panty liner. I know what you imply. It's very annoying! Please don't wear a tampon because of it. I've heard nation say they do, but It's very harmful! I hope I helped you!.

Wear light-day pads. They will sustain out... you won't feel as much discharge. And also, whenever you do get a short time more discharge than normal.. instead of walking around with soggy underwear adjectives day, you can just renovate your light-day pad. :) I think you'll consistency more comfortable wearing a pantyshield. Unscented only please. And carry extras so you can renovation them when you need to..
