I have serious deformity tissue from my hysterectomy, it gives me horrible headache once a month what can i do to help the niggle?

Answers:    Did you have a full hysterectomy? except, and you still have an ovary, next once a month yo will still go through your monthly cramping, bloating, even pimple break outs, after time, this will adjectives subside. I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago. my body go through the motions for about 6-9 months, after it just go away.
my biggest problem now is a tilted bladder. that be from the hysterectomy. After about 2-3 years, i make out how i would slightly wet my pant from laughing,sneezing,coughing,...you name it. The doctor told me it be because he took out the insides, and my bladder had fallen(tilted).
