Answers: Well, the first thing to point out is that 120 pounds is pretty low-end for a 5'5" girl. It's not necessarily unwell, but 130 is also entirely acceptable. You are probably at a without blemish good cargo already.
That said, it sounds like you already know how to amend your eating behaviour. Cut out some of the snacks (or eat a fruit or vegetable instead of cast-offs food), and eat a tangible dinner instead of popcorn and junk food. Don't try to lose bulk by skipping the snacks without have dinner, though! Remember that your metabolism will adjust itself quite a bit base on what you eat; varying your weight is stimulating because changing your calorie intake a short time bit will just be taken within stride, while changing it seriously can cause your body to freak out and counter as if you're in menace of starving.
You can start drinking more marine -- drinking a lot of wet can sometimes cause you to drop a couple of pounds reasonably quickly, because not getting *enough* sea can actually exact your body to try to hold on to it instead of flushing things out. Of course, you'll gain that kind of mass right back if you stop drinking the marine, but getting plenty of water is a accurate habit anyway. It's possible to own too much, but difficult. (If you already drink plenty of water, rebuff this paragraph, but most people don't. Including me. :P)
You can other add a touch more physical activity, preferably of a caring you enjoy.
You probably won't lose eight pounds surrounded by three weeks, really, although it might depend on when you weigh yourself -- your weight might fluctuate by a few pounds at different times of impossible to tell apart day, and it's nil to worry around. (For instance, if you drink two sixteen-ounce glasses of hose down, you will be two pounds heavier afterward, but that doesn't mean you've "gain weight.") But across the world, unless someone is about twice *your* counterweight or so, it's not a good model to try to lose more than about one pound per week.
