Period + Sleepover = Help!?

Ok so at tha moment I dont hav my period (i be supposed 2 hav it last week or sumthin nd im deffinitly not pregnant cuz i havnt have sex, and sumtimes my periods are irregular as I've singular had them for 2yrs)

im alarmed that at the sleepover (tomorro) it will come on during the nite and go adjectives over the bed sheets - what shud i do??

Answers:    Just wear a pad. Make sure to stir to the bathroom right before bed and check whether you've started. If you're still afraid, get up within the middle of the night to use the bathroom and check again. Make sure to enjoy a few extra pads beside you (and even an extra pair of underwear and pant, just surrounded by case. And if you're still worried, bring a touch blanket, extra shirt, or something like that to put underneath you while you sleep.
resourcefully its best if you use pads it allways works wear a wad just within case?
it won't carry all over the sheets. Just bring extra protection and bring your own sleeping shoulder bag if you're that worried. It happens to every girl so here isn't really too much to be embarassed about. Plus, since your stressed it probably won't arise, because stress postpones your period. clear sure to have pad. use a long overnight pad that will cover the unbroken length of your panites while you sleep and make sure to hold a few extra pair of undies too a moment ago in defence. be prepared
