I am taking Wafarin. It warn to beware of unusually thickset period. What would be considered unusually stout?

...you find yourself varying your tampons or pads outstandingly more often than surrounded by the past
...you possibly see a brighter red or "more fresh" tone to your menses
...if your bleeding or period seem to exceed your previous "standard" number of days.
Warfarin is a very powerful anti-coagulant, and is just of help if properly dosed and regulated. Don't be afraid to cry wolf on this, please share any perceived differences and change with your doctor on the double. Err on the side of caution on this one.

its adjectives relative. unusually heavy for YOU would be heavier next normal. "normal" is different for everyone. Generally speaking, anything that would be significantly greater than what your usual flow is.
During run of the mill menstruation the average woman loses about 2 ounces (60 ml) of blood or smaller amount. Women often over estimate the amount of blood lost during their period.
You should let your MD know if consideration the following:
Soaking through at least one wad or tampon every hour for several hours.
Heavy periods that regularly continuing 10 or more days.
Bleeding between periods.
