Alright, I'm not trying to be gross, but i NEED answers!

I have one small pimple that developed yesterday on my right vaginal lip. I popped it yesterday because it looked resembling a pimple and it is back today. It sticks out around 1/2 an inch.
It still looks like a pimple and it is sore.
(it is NOT am friendly sore)
It is irratating, and I want it gone.
I'm on my period, and it have happened ONCE back. The first time it happened, I be a virgin and it went away, presently I am not a virgin and its back.
(i've individual had sex once, I'm sure he be clean, and zilch happened after we have sex, I had the sex almost a year ago.)
I've been wearing a wipe (not scented) and that could be the problem.
PLEASE, ANY INFO?, IDEAS?, ANYTHINGG!

Answers:    We get cysts sometimes. It's common. Sometimes they are sore and hurt.. and sometimes they feel intricate and don't hurt at all. Try not to pop them if you can!
