Ideas for an exercise/nutritional regime??

I am a 21 year old feminine about 5 ft. 2 contained by. and about 95lbs. I don't want to lose freight or anything but I am realizing that my relatives health history is not too great.

Pretty much adjectives my aunts & uncles including my mom have illustrious blood pressure (ages 38-50yrs) and my mom just found out she is diabetic. My grandparents also be diabetic and died around 60yrs.

So now I'm freaking out because I pretty much hold my future strength laid out for me and want to act very soon before its too past due. I'm aware that since its in my genes I most predictable won't be able to prevent these vigour problems from happening to me, but if I can I want to prolong it for as long as I can.

So does anyone own any type of program that can help me beside this. And if you can please be as specific as possible.
